This is Scooby our Welsh Bearded Collie Cross. At nearly 14 she is the eldest of our two dogs. She is very friendly and very good around children.

This is "Poppy" our Border Collie relaxing and enjoying the view. Poppy is around 18 months old and spends a lot of her time chasing (never catching) the birds around the farm. She is very friendly and good around children. Both dogs love treats and to be made a fuss of.

Booking Conditions

Please ensure that you have read and understood the Booking Conditions prior to booking your stay at Henblas Holiday Cottages.

Arrival/Departure:

Your holiday cottage will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.

Payment/Deposit:

A deposit of £95.00 per week confirms your holiday booking. This should be paid by cheque and sent together with your booking form. Payment of any balance of the total cost of your holiday will be due two calendar months before commencement of your holiday and an invoice will be forwarded to you for the outstanding amount which will include a £5.00 booking fee.

NB: If your booking is less than 2 calendar months before your holiday commences, please enclose your payment in full and return as above, together with your completed booking form. Cheques should be made payable to Henblas Holiday Cottages.

Cancellations:

If it is necessary to cancel your holiday, please telephone Jake or Sue on 01492 515250 immediately. Confirmation of your cancellation, with reasons, must be received by ourselves in writing (fax acceptable) within seven days of your telephone call. In the event of a cancellation, any payment, less a handling charge of £95.00 per week, will be returned.

General:

A representative of Henblas Holiday Cottages is to be allowed access to the cottage at any reasonable time during any holiday occupancy. Henblas Holiday Cottages cannot, in any circumstances, accept responsibility for loss of life, personal injury, loss, damage or accident to personal property. We strongly advise that you take out appropriate travel insurance to cover both yourself, others in the party and your personal belongings.

Responsibility of the Holidaymaker:

The number of persons using Henblas Holiday Cottages must not exceed the maximum number as notified on your booking form.

Holiday makers are liable for any damage, breakages or loss.

By reserving your stay at Henblas Holiday Cottages you agree to abide by these conditions.
